The Hors D'oeuvres
The difference is in the hand crafting of the Hors D'eoeuvres. We highlight our specialties such as making a pâté out of our cherrywood smoked turkey placing it in a crisp filo shell with a dollop of cranberry orange jalapeño sauce on top. As with all of our crab products we let the wonderful flavor of the bay's crabmeat speak for itself in our mouth watering crab balls.
